This butter dish consists of a tray and cover. The tray is reversible, having a raised side that's textured to hide knife scratches and also having a recessed side. The cover fits snugly on either side to keep your butter fresh in the fridge. It easily fits in most fridge doors.

Designed to hold one 4-oz./113g stick of butter or margarine. Great for serving and storing at home or away, indoors or out.

Guidelines for storage:

• The best place to store your butter is in the butter bin, middle or top shelf of the refrigerator at a temperature of 38°-41°F/3°-5°C.
• Always use the cover of the butter dish to avoid contact with air and preserve the color and flavor for longer.
